Dr. Hakan Nano completed his dental education at Istanbul Atlas University, combining academic study with supervised clinical training in the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of oral health conditions.
His training emphasised evidence based treatment planning, practical clinical skills and an individual approach to patient care.

Dr. Hakan Nano combines hands-on dental care with a personal commitment to the experience of every patient at My Choice Medcare.
Educated at Istanbul Atlas University’s Faculty of Dentistry, he works directly with patients to understand their concerns, explain their options and develop personalised treatment plans that balance oral health, function and aesthetics.
As co-founder, he also helps shape My Choice Medcare’s approach to patient care in Istanbul, bringing clinical insight to treatment coordination and ongoing support.
Beyond dentistry, his achievements include local and international recognition for innovation and community engagement, reflecting a wider commitment to improving lives through his work.

Research in Sustainable Dentistry
Istanbul Atlas University
Dr. Hakan Nano’s research explored dental students’ knowledge, attitudes and practices regarding sustainable dentistry. Drawing on responses from 143 students, the study identified educational gaps and highlighted opportunities to strengthen environmental responsibility in dental training while maintaining patient safety and clinical standards.
